Fees and Payment Terms

At Eduvu, we strive to make the payment process as straightforward as possible. To ensure that your child receives uninterrupted tutoring, payments should be made monthly in advance directly to Eduvu.

 

 

Rescheduling Lessons

We understand that sometimes things come up. If your child is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify Eduvu at least 24 hours in advance by using this number 073 373 2893. If we are not informed within this timeframe, the lesson will be charged at the full rate, and unfortunately, the session will be forfeited.

However, if you provide a valid reason for cancellation ahead of time, we’re happy to offer a make-up lesson to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on valuable learning.

Terminating Tutoring Services

If you need to discontinue our tutoring services, we kindly ask for one term’s written notice. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures a smooth transition for your child.
